Practic toate spells care dau heal bazat pe % cu atributul "%Of Health" "%Of Total Health" "%Of Maximum Health" nu ar trebui sa fie influentate de PvP Power.
Da, lista este marisoara... dar o facusem mai devreme, am exclus cele specificate mai sus de rofly.

Avem o intreaga discutie in topicul asta legata de subiectul asta, daca vine inca un random "cred ca" nu ne ajuta cu nimic, sa intre aici in topic si sa il citeasca cap coada, si daca are idei CONCRETE si SUSTINUTE DE DOVEZI atunci da, ok, altfel nu ne ajuta cu nimic

Percentage healings don't benefit from PVP Power anymore. There may be some percentage heal spells that still benefit from PVP Power because they have a custom calculation formula/mechanic. In case you discover one let me know and I will fix it too
