Bug description: Nu functioneaza base PvP Resilience
Proof: Probabil se stie de problema dar nu am vazut un alt topic in acest sens.
In mod normal orice player de orice level porneste cu un base resilience dupa cum urmeaza:

MoP Patch 5.4.7 (2014-02-18): Base Resilience for level-90 players is now 77% (up from 72%). Base Resilience for players below level 90 remain at 40%.
Resilience Diminishing Returns curve for Resilience has been adjusted for the new base resilience value to maintain the same value per point of Resilience as previously.

MoP Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Base Resilience now reduces damage players deal to others players by 72% (up from 65%).

MoP Patch 5.3.0 (2013-05-21): All level-90 characters now have a base Resilience of 65%. All characters below level 90 now have a base Resilience of 40%.

MoP Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Name changed from "Resilience" to "PvP Resilience" to match the new "PvP Power"

5.4.8, dar content-ul se adauga progresiv.
In phase-ul actual o sa fie jucat primul sezon de pvp din Pandaria "Malevolent" [(Honor Gear: Dreadful (458) / Conquest Gear: Malevolent (483)]. Automat nu o sa jucam cu base resil din 5.4.8, ci cu cel care era in 5.0.5

If blizz really wants to make entrance into pvp smoother for people, and to keep more people participating in both pve and pvp content, then the best thing they could do is to simply eliminate pvp stats altogether. Set a base resilience like we have now, but perhaps about 50-60% instead of the 40, and leave it at that. (sursa mai jos)

Momentan si pe PTR damage-ul primit fara base resil este ridicol, bagati macar 40% sa testam sa vedem ce se schimba.
@ Shocker , Cand adaugi base resil la chars ?

m-am tot chinuit sa fac putin gear pvp sa testez resil si dupa ce am adunat cateva piese asta este rezultatul:

7.167 resil = 3.89% indica o valoare foarte mica m-am duelat cu cativa si zic ca resilience ar fi mai mare decat ~4% nu cunosc mecanismul de resil dar cine se pricepe mai bine ar putea sa testeze

Tu inca nu ai inteles ca nu exista resilul de baza in char tab? Doar cel din pvp itmes care este nesemnificativ.

Base resilience sigur nu functioneaza. Dau acelasi dmg si pe npcs si pe players.
Acum din punctul meu de vedere o sa fie o alta problema de luat in considerare:

pana in patch 5.3 era base resilience pe playeri? Conform patch notes pe care le-am vazut .. raspunsul e da si e de 40%.
Dar in acelasi timp era PvP resilience si pe gear. Momentan pe gearul Malevolent nu exista PvP resilience (pe ce de pe honor exista)

Eu zic ca se poate proceda in 2 feluri:
1. Bagi base resil de pe patch 5.3 - 65% sau cat era.. si scoti PvP resil de pe toate itemele sau
2. bagi base resil de 40% de pe 5.0.5 si bagi PvP resil si pe itemele malevolent (la fel cum era si pe blizz in patchu respectiv)

Mi-am sters postul anterior si am facut altceva. Intr-adevar, singurele solutii sunt astea 2:

Initial voiam varianta 2, dar apareau diverse dificultati: vizual nu puteam sa bag resil pe itemele malevolent, doar sa apara in char sheet dintr-o data resilience, dar cu siguranta apareau mult prea multe confuzii (plus ca nu stim exact ce valori de resilience aveau itemele malevolent).

Asadar, am facut varianta 1.. cu 65% base resilience insa nu am scos resil de pe iteme, doar itemele dreadful au resilience iar acel resilience nu o sa fie considerabil. Full dreadful probabil iti cresti resilience cu 3-4% cum a calculat si danielst in postul anterior. Nu o sa stea nimeni cu dreadful pe el in loc de malevolent pentru acel 3-4%, toti vor vrea malevolent pentru PVP Power mai mare (si restul stats mai mare), deci e bine, e un balans.

Hai sa vedem cum merge acum treaba

Din punctul meu de vedere ar mai fi o variabila de luat in considerare.
In patchul 5.0.5 nu exista set bunusul la 2 trinkete pvp de 5K resil. (acesta a fost implementat in 5.4 daca nu ma insel)
Eu ma gandesc ca ar fi o idee sa se verifice cat % de damage reduction aduce acel bonus si sa se scada din 65%.
De ex sa zicem ca 5K pvp resilience de la bunus da 10% damage reduction adica 10% PVP resilience sa se scada din 65% si sa fie base pvp res de 55%.
Acel bonus oricum la un moment dat oricine o sa-l aiba si astfel se ajunge la cifra de 65%.

Dar inteleg ca pe tot parcursul expansionului din 5.0.5 pana in 5.4.8 , in general valorile la abilitati au crescut sistematic si poate 65% base e valoarea mai buna.

Nu sunt sigur, dar cred ca la 5.280 resil ar trebui sa primesti un increase de 5%... incerc sa gasesc mai mult info.

Singura chestie e ca healerii o sa fie indestructibili in primele luni cand va fi live, pentru ca dps-ul o sa aibe gear varza si pvp power putin in schimb healerii o sa aibe din prima resilience de full malevolant... Ca sa fii full malevolant iti ia cel putin 2 luni asta daca ai si rating mare ca sa iti creasca cap-ul.
