Bug description: Ar trebui ca in pvp orice absorb sa fie afectat de Battle fatigue pentru a evita situatii absurde de genul: http://imgur.com/CjX8nwZ

Tu faci referire la patch`ul 5.3 unde era asa :

Dar tot odata daca e sa aplicam acea regula trebuie modificat si pvp power la healeri:

Damage specializations for Druids, Monks, Paladins, Priests, and Shaman receive a 70% bonus to healing from PvP Power.

Battle Fatigue a fost implementat in Patch 5.0.1 cu o valoare de 15%, pe parcurs s-a mai ridicat valoarea, dar efectul ramase acelasi pana in 5.4.8.

P.S: PWS pare sa fie afectat de BF, restul nu le-am testat.

Ai dreptate doar ca absorburile (gen Power Word Shield) au fost afectate de BF debia incepand de la patch-ul 5.3:

Wrong. BF afecta absorbul inca din 5.1. (Blizzard introduced Battle Fatigue as an undocumented (at that time) change to PvP)
Tu nu ai inteles bine despre ce vorbea tipu din link-ul tau, el se plangea ca % de BF a crescut si ca abosrbul nu mai beneficiaza de PvP Power (la noi beneficiaza)... so, pe freakz PvP Power si Battle Fatigue sunt setate dupa 5.1/5.2, deci este blizzlike.

Atm nu este chiar blizzlike resil-ul pentru ca jucam cu gear din 5.1 si spells de 5.4, din cauza asta a luat un pic increase... cand o sa trecem la 5.3 se va schimba contentul de aici si gear-ul, asadar vor fi si modificarile la BF de 5.3, resill-ul inca ramane de vazut.
Cand ajungem la content de 5.4 modificarile la Resil/PvP Power/BF etc. vor fi 100% blizzlike, pana atunci trebuie sa ne adaptam la patch-urile precedente.

Battle fatigue se activeaza doar in momentul in care iei dmg de la un player "Dealing damage to another player in battle causes them to receive 30% less healing."
Duration: 20 seconds.
AKA daca dai pws, ss , ice barrier sau orice alt absorb INAINTE sa primesti damage de la un player atunci acel abosrb nu va fi afectat de battle fatigue

OP habar n-ai cum functioneaza battle fatigue

Daca tot ai facut post testeaza cu Turbokil Divine Aegis & Spirit Shell si pune proof... PWS a fost testat in duele si e afectat dupa ce primesti damage, nu stiu cum sta treaba cu Battle Fatigue in arena.

Am facut eu teste:
- Power Word: Shield merge bine
- Spirit Shell & Divine Aegis merg dar nu stiu daca cum trebuie. Momentan shieldurile astea 2 sunt scazute de 2 ori: odata datorita faptului ca HEALUL original e scazut si inca o data datorita faptului ca efectele de absorb sunt scazute. Nu stiu cum ar trebui sa fie in cazul asta, cautati info pe net

La pws merge vad. Pana nu intra turbo nu am cum sa fac teste (evident nu am priest) la shell si aegis. La astea doua e o problema pentru ca BF deja scade healul->scade si absorbul, DAR absorbul este imens (poti pune si 100k shell cu un flash) asa ca o sa caut mai bine daca asa trebuie sa fie sau nu.

Pe blizz in ultimul patch aveai BF cand intrai in arena: They're getting that fixed next patch though, next patch battle fatigue will affect people in arena at all times.

Spirit Shell a fost OP si pe blizz, apoi luase nerf in 5.4 si e afectat complet de BF, deci partea asta works as intended... legat de amount absorb chiar pare a fi mult, daca nu e nici un bug as propune sa mai ridicati BF cu inca 5% (35%).

Also partea cu BF in Arena sa fie permanent activ debuff-ul.

Avem dampening si nu e nevoie de mai mult BF pt ca o sa fie dmgu mare cu malevolent.

Legat de topic, daca merge BF vs absorbs acum se poate da delete. Eu am testat inainte in arena si nu scadea deloc absorbul (nu am facut si ss pentru ca nu aveam de gand sa fac report). Despre divine aegis nu gasesc nicio informatie oficiala, dar despre spirit shell am gasit ca trebuie sa fie redus de BF (http://wowwiki.wikia.com/Spirit_Shell) asa ca logic ar fi sa fie redus si aegisu.

Si totusi absorb peste absorb si Priestul e Godlike... nu prea e fun sa nu-l poti atinge.

Alta solutie ar fi sa faceti ca absorbul sa nu mai ia increase din PvP Power, sa vedem daca si dupa asta la fel de mult absorb poti stacka.

Nu ati inteles ce am zis eu. SIGUR trebuie sa fie afectate si Divine Aegis si Spirit Shell de Battle Fatigue, problema e ALTA si anume ca e afectat de 2 ori: odata ca healul INITIAL e afectat de battle fatigue deci implicit absorbul e mai mic, si a doua oara cand ABSORBUL REZULTAT DIN HEAL e afectat DIN NOU de battle fatigue, asta trebuie sa cautati daca e ok sau nu
