Dread Wastes (Coords 29, 81) - The top of the tree at Zan'vess.
Dread Wastes (Coords 37, 21) - On a rock in a pond west of Rikkitun Village.
Jade Forest (Coords 50, 27) - Near the flightmaster at Emperor's Omen.
Krasarang Wilds (Coords 71, 44) - Side of a cliff of Narsong Spires overlooking Angler's Wharf.
Kun-lai Summit (Coords 42, 84) - Bottom of the lake at Firebough Nook. Only spot with any danger (drowning).
Kun-lai Summit (Coords 73, 11) - West coast of the Isle of Reckoning.
Townlong Steppes (Coords 16, 38) - Cliff on the northwest corner of Sra'vess.
Vale of Eternal Blossoms (Coords 43, 43) - In the middle of the pagoda at Whitepetal Lake.
Valley of the Four Winds (Coords 42, 37) - On top of the crane statue in the middle of The Heartland.

At the moment it does nothing, it is supposed to give a 10 minute duration buff which transformed you into a sha-corrupted pandaren.

Bug description: It just grants waterwalking, there is no summoned raft of ice or anything. While on the raft you should be able to increase the speed (to a limit) by jumping. How it should work
