Iete ma sunt si vedeta! Hai sa iti arat cum se vedea de la mine dupa ce m-ai bagat sub harta cu fear poate iti vine drq vreo idee si ma vad cu accountul suspendat iar cu dampening vs percentage base healing vino cu mai multe info / detalii

REDUCES ALL HEALING EFFECTS BY X%. Ti se pare normal sa dai heal la fel cu dampening? Eu nu prea cred. Second wind merge aidoma conversion, iar eu dadeam 0 heal cu conversion.

se mai uita si la fata omului... imi pare rau k nu ti s-a aprobat cererea de ban -
sa verifici si asta daca e afectat k si asa fatigue nu-l gadila succesuri

Dampening is a stacking debuff applied to ALL players in the Arena every 10 seconds.
Each stack of Dampening reduces ALL healing and damage absorption by 1%.
If neither team has won after 20 minutes, the Arena match will end in a draw.

Cam asa functioneaza dampeningu - afecteaza absolut orice heal si absorb din joc - de la second wind la evocation si de la riptide la halingu ala de la chimera shot.
