What kind of utility are you pointing at exactly ?

Most of the fights in SoO are solo healable with Elemental Shaman helping out here and there along with other raid cds.

Enhancement can do the same thing to be honest , but yeah people prefered range dpsers on retail..

Well, the problem with Elemental isn't it's mediocre DPS. It's the fact that it STILL performs average on BIS gear.
But hey, someone's gotta kite lasers on Juggernaut/Siegecrafter, place tombs on Dark Shaman, eat up orbs on Malkorok and kite Thok around.
I'm very curious about how Elemental will perform on Siege. Throne is just a "upgrade", you can't reach 90% mastery yet and trinkets kinda suck with RPPM.

yeah well ancestral guidance is a lot more effective, when used by an elemental shaman, since it continuously deals deals damage unlike enha when you run out of abilties to use from time to time , unless there's more than one target when fire nova can come in handy and kinda surpasses the effectiveness of chain lightning if overload doesn't proc

Higher the gear, the better. Pretty sad that not many people play ele sham at high gear rn on freakz, it is viable and it is extremely useful in raids, in terms of saving the raid and sustained healing. Though primal elementalist still does not work properly, both elemental blast and unleashed fury will do atm. (Eb at early gear until 520-ish, then Uf)
I highly reccommend you guys give it a shot because it's enjoyable playing the spec.

Hei Guys. Sorry for interrupting the silence but as a Shaman i have a good range on my Wind Shear . Anyway , I saw that on blizz there is a tool or program that simulates fights from MoP with your current gear ( provided from an armory link ) and tells you if it will be better to add more haste or more mastery for example. I think it's called SimCraft or somesort. Is there something like this that works for Freakz? I am trying to see if it will be better if a add a bit more haste to my gear or not . I have around 92 % mastery and 30 % haste i think atm. Any advices are welcome.
