Bug description: You can exploit explosive shot/locknload: If you go on max range around 35-40yards and you get locknload proc you can use 3 stacks of locknload and there are only 2. That bug is mostly related to travel time bug.

That makes your explosive shot do 35-40% of your dmg while that % was with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=144641&&name=item-hunter-t16-4p-bonus on retail. Making sv hunters who use this really good in dps, but not fair.

Greetings,

For those who dont know. Its damage per tick overlaps. Meaning if Lock and Load proc, you shouldn't wait for 1 explosive shot ends then shoot another, just spam. its duration wont be increased, but its damage per tick added together. This way, you wont waste the next proc.

The problem is that when we get a Lock and load proc and are at max range then we can shoot 3 instead of 2....
Explaination :
This means that when we are at max range we can actually get an extra explosive shot with successive spam which results in 3 explosive shots with no cd on the spell which can then be used with focus and trigger a CD on it . So ppl are technically getting of 4 Explosive shots which is not how lock and load should work.

This is probably working only for foreign players or when the server lags . Like the potion exploit (if you know about it) .

I tried reproducing this for 20 min but without succeeding ... What happend for me is that my explosive shot got bugged and didn't show the cooldown (but it was there) .

@shodan well it does give u 3 exp shots without triggering the CD on exp shot which makes it possible to use 3 exp shots free of cost and a 4th 1 to trigger a CD on the spell.

Confirmed.

The lock n load stacks are lost only when the arrow hits the target, this making it possible for you to have 3 shots on a 2 lnl stacks by spamming the explosive shot button (my recount shows 4 since the cd on the actual spell wear off untill i got rid of the stacks). This works only when you are at max range from your target so that the shot you fire takes a bit more than 1s to get to the target.
