Bug description: In mop 7,5% should be the soft cap for expertise (creatures no longer dodge your attacks) and 15% the hard cap(creatures no longer parry your attacks).It even says it on char sheet (when you mouseover on expertise).On freakz the hard cap is 7,5 % (some people say that you don't need expertise at all,didn't test this yet).

some ingame proof? are there any conclusive tests that you base your affirmation? or just slapping a paste from gamepedia and "some people say" should be enough?

7,7% expertise and none of my attacks got parried .Tested on raider's training dummy.Is it enough ?
I tested it before but i thought that it's obvious enought that it doesn't work how it should.

I wonder if that's the attack table not beeing correctly scripted, like you are beeing able to push out parried attack because the order is wrong. Just a theory though ! I didn't look for any fixed bug report about this so here's why i put the following theory Under spoilers.

Miss
Dodge
Parry
Glancing Blow
Block
Critical strike
Crushing Blow
Ordinary hit
So, if you are lv90 with hit and soft exp cap and standing behind the ennemy, the table become like this against a boss (lv+3, so 93) :
Glancing Blow
Critical strike
Ordinary hit
To prevent players from rushing crit all the way through, glancing will be a fixed 24% that'll never move and is on top of the list. So with the right stats the melee crit cap is something like 76% but i don't remember exactely how crit suppression work with this but that's irrelevant for now.
Now back the table, what if Parry and Dodge were at the bottom of the list ? Then the more crit you have, the less expertise you'll need even below the soft cap.

Boss lvl mobs have a 7.5% chance to parry and 7.5% to dodge. They can only parry attacks from the front. That's why the melee DPS go with 7.5% expertise (since they are usually standing behind the boss). However, expertise is only applicable to melee auto-attacks on Freakz. Your special melee abilities (yellow attacks) should also be able to get dodged/parried. Right now, your yellow attacks are only able to miss. So once you're at the hitcap, they will always hit.

Crit supression (also called crit munching) should be -3% crit vs. Boss mobs. That's why the critcap for example for Guardian Druids is 79% (76 +3%). Any higher values of crit would be useless, since it won't push Glancing Blows off the combat table.

Actually ,i was once in a raid with under 7,5℅expertise and my special attacks got dodged (i was in front of the boss though) ,so it doesn't works just for white melee attacks.

In order to not be dodged or parried when attacking a boss lvl 93 from his front you should have 15% expertise. Having 5% expertise should get you 2.5% dodged attacks and 7.5% parried attacks. Having 10% expertise you should not get any dodged attacks but only 5% of the attacks parried.
Attacking from the back of the boss should not parry any attacks, your attacks being able to be dodged only up to 7.5% exp.
I believe that this bug has nothing to do with the hit chance order that was posted above and it only sees the exp being capped at 7.5%.
