Fixed. After rr for live abandon, delete cache and retake quest.

Bug: When you use "Love Fool" item, achievement credit do not get updated.

Can confirm, Inspector will show up with 2 of the same quest when I click on him, neither can be taken from him. Deleted cache and still won't work.
