Personally I like Noddcrack's idea the most regarding MMR and team making..
Something like .. expanding the MMR parameters with 50 up and down every minute.

So let's say I have 1800 MMR
in the first minute I only get teammates from the 1750-1850 MMR range
after 1 minute I can get players from 1700-1900 mmr range
after 2 minutes I can get players from 1650-1950 mmr range
after 3 minutes I can get players from 1600-2000 mmr range
after 4 minutes I can get players from 1550-2050 mmr range
and so on
This way It would be impossible for a high mmr player to get in a team with 1500 mmr and lower one and you would always get in a team with available players that are closest to your MMR.

I don't really know what's the reason for that,but i expected way better results from Solo Queue.For me personally as a healer it's a nightmare,as a dps you can at least carry most of the games.97% of the games i play goes like this: I win (+8,party1- +96,party2- +96) i lose (-14,party1- -0 ,party2- -0)which means i'm playing with people that recently joined this bracket.You should really make it so for example if i'm 1650 i should get matched with the other 2 people with closest mmr to mine,not with random 1500 mmr ppl.

You should put 2k or 2.2k ach requirement. I know that you'll say "If we do that less players will play and you'll have to w8 in q for a longer time". I'd rather w8 in q for few min and get some normal/good people than play with brainless 9 y/o kids. Unfortunately my PC is shit and I can't record my game-play, but you should see paladins that don't bubble, mages that don't know what's poly, they block on 80% hp, at least half of the server is back paddling. It's very frustrating when you lose -40 rating in 2 matches just cause u get matched up with idiots. I'm not gonna name any names but there are some extreme cases (players), that are so bad when people get matched up with them they don't even want to play.
I really hope that you won't delete this post, I'd really like to hear opinion of other (normal) players.

Yakul... That's why I think it's very important to make the mmr teammaking work
lower skill players have every right to play IMO but they should get in teams with players closest to their MMR and when they get better and start climbing the ladder they would get to play in teams with better players.

One of the few reasons i took a break from Solo Q is that just as Yakul said, i win like 3 times in a row, get 6 rating per win and then i get matched with 0-500 rating persons and when i lose BAM -15 . Maybe this happens mostly to healers because there are always healers needed for group to be formed and some low rated dps is waiting in q for a bit longer.
Another reason is Gladius, i just find it extremely hard to play without it so yeah... went back to capping in normal 2v2.

Also you should really do something about PvE heroes. http://imgur.com/ocnOJvT this guy for example, I was pve healing him more or less, still couldn't out-heal the damage. And of course he didn't make gate nor portal cause I guess you don't use them in PvE.

Even if you are dps you can't climb the ladder solo (even i'm dps i can't carry if my part die in 2 sec because he don't know his spells), only duo you can...

You guys don't even know what you want but you constantly complain. There have been hundreds of "suggestions" but not one that is sustained by everyone. Everybody comes with a different suggestion: increased ilvl, achievement requirement, spec requirements, custom MMR ranges, etc.
Also, some of you are complaining about stupid ones "i queue and end up with low MMR guys" => OFCOURSE YOU DO, THOSE LOW MMR GUYS HAVE TO PLAY TOO, I think it's the 4th time I'm saying this: RATING DISCARD TIMER. Please stop posting useless shit in this topic, you're just making it worse (@Sumoo and others)

Anyways, which suggestion is the best one ? Or which ones?

Everyone sustained the custom range mmr...because we can't climb the ladder.
And ilvl req is a must because we are in the phase with prideful gear.

Maybe replace the min ilvl requirement with min pvp power requirement?

My opinion, if the range mmr is fine, you will not encounter pve players because they will stay at low mmr.
The restriction with pvp power req is too heavy because they will not que anymore and everyone should have acces to soloq (not only pvp hardcore players), the soloq system should know the place of everyone where are supposed to be.

There's no way a 540 ilvl pve player will stay at the bottom of the ladder. They have WAY more dmg than a normal pvp player. I don't know if there's any ilvl downscale but right now a pve player will destroy everything in 3 seconds.
