[DUPLICATE] [Paladin][Protection] Avenger's Shield

Bug description: Not working in ToT , i hopped it would work in Siege of Orgrimmar but it isn't
Proof: http://prntscr.com/bj9mph Here is further proof , this picture shows me using Avenger's Shield on 3 puddles from immerseus and they didn't take dmg . This was on some mobs , so i tryed it on The Fallen Protectors , here is the result http://prntscr.com/bj9pu6 , i did this to prove it doesn't only resist the Silence effect , it also neglects the total dmg , and this is a very important ability , but here's the dmg it does http://prntscr.com/bj9xbe . I know very well that this post isn't the only one of it's kind , but please , please , fix this and don't just wipe this post and say it's a duplicate 'coes i know it is , but it's really hurting the class for me atleast and i'm sure i'm not alone

To sum up, not having Avenger's shield working makes us suffer in :
-HoPo generation through https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=85416&&name=grand-crusader procs thus hindering HPS and increasing damage taken.
-Cleaving and single-target bursting wether if the glyph is set or not.
-Threat generation due to the total absence of damage, especially on short AOE like the adds on normal realm @ Norushen.
-Smoothing the GCD usage as this is a key ability that resets often, depending on how stacked our haste is we can get between 1.5s and 3s without beeing able to use an ability on GCD.
-Reduce overall DPS, making the life a little bit harder when it comes to pull the best DPS possible during heroic encounters even from tanks.

Those lines are set in order of importance. So basically, the least we can expect is to still get the HoPo when Grand Crusader procs. This may be very well related to a recent issue noticed with spells consuming effects when landing on the target rather than when the spell is successfully casted, here : https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Multiple-Cast-handling-please-attend-to-complete-the-list-t426616.html . Avenger's Shield is a instant projectile-type spell, that could be a lead.

@Rageless , if you see this post , i know you said that you're NOT going to make this spell work due to the silence , i remember you posting this on another forum topic , and it's gonna stay like this until you can solve this issue , but seriously , this is more than just a funny item not doing what it has to do , this is a CORE SPELL from a spec , might i add , a very important spec in MoP

Just remove the silence , it s like a retri can't use templar verdict . This spell is always on 3rd on recount doing most of our damage , not to mention the HP regen.

and it was reported even before me yet it's not fixed.
