Thx just got a Second problem. 1 rnd Guy killed the Endboss and now we are Unable to kill Prince Malchezaar. Its Possible to get the item from Endboss too? Or a Resset and we will kill the Boss and loot the Item by Ourself.

New respawn time for Moroes and Prince Malchezaar : 1 hour . If you can't loot the boss , come back after 1 hour.

Live after server restart.

Hello, i completed the quest for Essence of Alodi , got out from Karazhan and i was about to go to Wyrmrest Temple to deliver the quest and get "How many days until Summer" quest in chain when server crashed. Now due to rollback i have no Essence of Alodi in bags and an incomplete quest - also the quest is not available from the quest giver. I checked at Annie and she has the yellow question mark above the head like i could turn in the quest. Please help, thanks.

And when the server gonna restart?At 5am?Don't be ridiculous.I bet that most of the people that have this problem won't be able to do it tomorrow or the days after that,because Christmas etc and boom the christmas quest event is gone gg ez pz....

it happen to me as well. i have completed the quest on 4 chars under the same account. on 3 of them i got firelord jewel and on the 4th i deleted cache and got moon moon. now that i see this post i might think its a problem

i have the same problem.
i was making karazan with a friend and i forgot to loot the aladi s journal..in the end after i took dimensional essence,my friend disband the group and i couldnt get the loot anymore because i had cd.
I want to know if its posible to loot the boss,or to get that quest item.

I completed the quest "Suspicious snowflakes" I got him "Complete" in the quest log but it can not submit to Thrall. I made a ticket yesterday but until today we have not received any answer. I deleted "cache" and I restarted the game several times hoping that I could sit down but nothing. I understand that I have given 18k gold for nothing?
