"Knowledge is Power"

In patch 7.1.5 Blizzard implemented the Artifact Knowledge Catch-up System using the quest "Knowledge is Power" (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=46129), where people can go to the Artifact Knowledge NPC in their Orderhall and take and turn that Quest again and again(which costs 500 Order Resource each) to level up their Artifact Knowledge upto a level of 15 or 20 i guess.This encouraged people to make multiple alts to try and play different classes effectively.My question is will this system be implemented in this Legion Server ?

Yes I believe they said so, perhaps not at launch though.

I believe they will implement everything blizzard have implemented down the line.

afaik freakz' is implementing patch 7.1.5

it should have all the 7.1.5 features as much as possible

unless they are going for some sort of fun/custom server offering
