We tried Mythic Elerethe today and on every single try we did not get Eye of the Storm on second platform. The damage is unhealable after some time.

You cannot kill the spiderlings, when you jump on them, with the Shimmering Feather.

I can confirm this happened yesterday, we got the whole raid on the 2nd platform in more than 10 tries at full HP with raid cds and then we died because of Eye of the Storm not triggering.

@CocoDev can you fix this boss? we raid tomorrow and we spent last time here 2 days...i don't want to do this again. Fix the debuf on the second platform!

I made some fixes, I'll let you know if the Venomous Spiderling's aggro is fixed and Eye of the Storm issue. I need to test them.

Gathering Clouds is dealing way too much damage. Hits for 4-5-600k on a guardian druid with 66% reduce from armor. Either the armor reduce doesnt work on the spell or smth else is happening, because the dmg on the raid is insane. O the below videos you'll see 1 guardian (with ~40% reduction from armor since he doesnt have the Iron Armor buff) and 1 shadow priest that are taking ticks of 140-160k.

That's entirely true. I wrote about that on another post. The ticking damage is way too high (600k) at melee range when it should be around 150-160k.

At the current state, the ticking damage is healable with a couple resto shamans, a druid and a priest, the AoE heal and cooldowns that they provide can overheal the damage.

But yes, the damage definitely needs to be reduced.

Taking a closer look at a random raid on warcraftlogs we can see that the average damage taken by Gathering Clouds is 150k:

I am not quite sure if that's a bug or not, but on heroic difficulty every time she goes on the third platform, she gets the "Web walker" buff and this is wiping us. As well as I know, she gets the buff if she touches any of the web bridges and that is against exploits (tanking her on the web bridges or something) but when she goes to the third platform, she is not touching any of the bridges and still gets the buff. Also, like someone else mentioned, smashing the spiders with the feather, wont kill them.

Any assistance would be appreciated!

Elerethe Renferal

• [FIXED] Fixed an issue where Elerethe wasn't applying Eye of the Storm at all after previous fix.
  
• [FIXED] Fixed an issue where Gathering Clouds wasn't taking into account the distance to its victims.
  
• [FIXED] Fixed an issue with Venomous Spiderlings aggro(needs more testing).
  

I'll look into web walker debuff, i tested it many times and i couldn't reproduce it...

Btw, are you sure that she should even go there in the first place? I mean on wowhead guides they say that only on mythic difficulties she should go there not on normal/heroic..

I am not really sure you're quite right. The boss has two phases, Roc form and a Spider form. She starts in a Spider form and as soon as she reaches 100 energy, she should go in a Roc form and FLY to the next platform. Then when she reaches 100 energy, she will get back to spider. When she is a spider, the process will begin again. (Spider > 100 Energy > Roc Form(begin) > Fly to new platform > Roc Form(end) > Spider, etc..).

In the several attempts we did, the first time she goes to a new platform everything is alright, but the second time, she ALWAYS gets the buff "Web walker" which shouldn't be happening. It SHOULD happen if she touches any of the Web Bridges, which she DOESN'T do, because she is flying to the new platform. I don't think there are any movement based changes in heroic / mythic difficulty apart from normal difficulty.

If affected by the Twisting Shadows debuff, pop a defensive cooldown and run over Venomous Pools to clear them.

Downed the boss last night on mythic, boss had 500% increase dmg on the third platform from this. So it is not working at all.
