Unable to complete Azsuna story progress

Hey there, everyone!

I've managed to get to 3/5 chapters completed in Azsuna. I've discovered the whole map and accepted everything I can find. In spite of that, I'm missing "Behind Legion Lines" and "Azsuna vs. Azshara". I've looked them up on Wowhead to try to find some way to pick up these quest chains but I haven't figured out how yet.

I was planning on going to the next zone and then returning at a higher level, but I can't seem to figure out how to pick up a new zone's starter quests, either. I ran into Suramar and Val'Sharah, but neither had any quests at the hubs I ran to.

Could someone tell me how to pick up some new quests? I'm lvl 106 and I can't find anything else in Azshara.

to get starter quests for next zones, use the scouting map in your class hall. the tabs are on the bottom of the map.

Thanks so much for your help! I was actualling missing the Azsuna start chain and am getting to do the demon hunter area quests.
