More information on the subject: he just gave me a 2000 mute for having stated that is a joke to speak about first realm when you have 929 ilvl and also play with exploits . how is that an insult to anyone? is this a joke ? do we forget that forgotten heroes made fun of everyone for 4 months by winning a 1st realm with exploits? seriosly it is a joke to speak about first realm when classified did the same thing !!!

More information on the subject: Kremx has permanently banned 4 of my accounts, all for the same reason of 'offensive character name'. 3 of said accounts do not have any offensive character names, and the 1 that does I have no problem with staying banned. After the first 3 were banned, I logged in to a fourth and mentioned in global that I had just had 3 accounts permabanned, and was immediately banned on that account for, you guessed it, offensive character names. Without a proper, logical reason for 3 permabans, I feel there is an ulterior motive behind them that I would like Kremx to explain to a superior of his. People get banned for shorter times for hacking, however I receive 3 permabans that have nothing to do with the issue given? Just minutes prior to the banhammer being dropped, I was looking for Kremx using the .gps command, and as soon as I logged out to change character is when he started, which makes me think he was waiting for me to leave to do it? In all, it seems like an egregious, unwarranted and wholly excessive consequence for 'offensive character name', and I eagerly anticipate what Kremx has to say.

The Warden System demonstrably wrongly banned my account.
There was a file in my folder and if there is this file it was a wrong file and I will be unbanned. I screenshotted it and reported it but Denim maybe dont know about this feature and just said no unban

Here's my reply on your "abuse report":

1. You've seen my Gamemaster tag, and you first attempted to attack me (which is fine, since I had PvP turned on for some reason), and then attempted to insult me.
2. You were insulting me and crying about me "abusing", when I was just standing there trying to help another player out with his issue.
3. You were muted for staff disrespect and disruptive behaviour.
4. I never attacked you / abused in any way. My autoattacks were triggered by you attacking me, and they were stopped immediately. I never killed you or anyhow hurt your gameplay.

Now, let me be VERY clear on one thing, as I am only going to say this once, and this is my final verdict on the matter:

1. THE MUTE WILL REMAIN. YOU WERE DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS THE STAFF WHEN YOU HAD ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO BE.
2. AFTERWARDS YOU ADDED ME ON DISCORD AND THREATENED ME BY "HAVING MY IP". IF YOU DO NOT APOLOGIZE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF READING THIS POST, I WILL CONSIDER THAT A SERIOUS OFFENSE TOWARDS A STAFF MEMBER (MYSELF), AND WILL BAN YOUR ACCOUNT FOR GOOD.


All I ask is a certain level of behaviour. Stop being cocky and acting childish and behave yourself. If you cannot do that, there is no spot for you on our server. My decision is final. I expect an apology, or I will penalise you accordingly.

Respect the staff, and we will respect you. Stop picking fights you cannot win.

I will save the screenshot of the threat you made over Discord for once Lethal or another head GM review this issue (yes, even though you deleted the message I have the proof, so please act accordingly). My verdict stands though. I will permanently ban you if I do not recieve a sincere apology, because you've crossed the line completely the second you started threatening me.

Now let me be clear on another matter: I had 0 intention of punishing you, or anybody for that matter, especially on christmas. But you need to learn some respect towards your elders, and respect the staff of this server if you wish to play here. I am sorry it led to your mute, but it was well-deserved, and it is all because of your own behaviour. Stop blaming other people for your own misbehaving.
