Bug description: These pictures prove that the Demon Blades proc from the talent (60%) is actually lower, tested in 1000 hits, and only ~478 Demon Blades procs, that means ~48%, not even close to 60%, more like 50%

Tested and i got same results, lower proc.. tested multiple times at 100 auto , proc like 48-50%

+1 I feel like its lower than 60% u are right even on meta morph with high haste I feel like its hard to use my spells

why don0t you just admit that there is a problem with dh? i got 20% haste and i reach 25% with trinke proc, need more proof? stop it pls

What do you mean ? I specifcally said it IS indeed a problem , and have made reports and have tried to solve it for days now. You must not follow the forums if you claim i dont think it is a problem. However, unlike you and that other Serbian guy i ACTUALLY try to find things that don’t work instead of qq-ing 24/7 and saying “I don’t generate enough fury”. You don’t help anyone with that. You want to look into this yourself and start being useful, try diffrent ammounts of haste and see how the class plays out. I’m tired of checking forums every day and seeing the same demon hunter qq over and over. Start puting a tiny bit of work if you want to report things and see your class working properly.

man we are not talking about shit, we all said "there is a problem with dh" ok good we post a screen where demon blades should be on 60% proc and melee 40% but it's not. now this is a proof for you or not? are u still thinking we a crying for nothing?

I have the same problems aswell,Demon Blades works only on 42%,from its 60% capacity,that destroys the fury flow,and not only this.. but its a critical problem,looking at the fact that the Demon Hunter Class is pure RNG.
And not only the fact that Demon Blades seems very weird at this moment,but the majority of this problem comes from the Haste..whatever amount you have,it feels like you have 10%,even if you have 20-30 or even more.

Yes, I have many pieces of equipment that I use to test, easily I put on 20-25% of haste, to that is added the Ursoc trinket and the Zarpa brand, but I still do not generate enough fury. The absurd thing is that I get the feeling that when I use Metamorphosis the generation of anger is less than if I do not use it.

What addon do they use to see the generation of fury and thus be able to check if my theory is true? I use Skada.

Yes that is true,the ammount of fury you generate in Metamorphosis is way lower,than outside of it,still...even outside of it..its still broken,the whole fury regeneration thing is very broken atm.

The guy that has reported this is MISSing something. Get it?
Well on that Details u clearly see its all right. Why ur probably asking yourself? Simple: Auto attacks that have missed count to the general hits on there but do are not specified in that extra part under.
Same with the screenshot from the 2nd guy it counts misses in that part.
So when u do the math and everything u can clearly see its 60%.

As cyber said , and i can't stress this enough . The issue ISN'T the proc chance , it has NOTHING to do with proc chance and it NEVER has . It's haste , and we'll soon learn more details when quick has the time to look into this . Cheers .

when i tested in this mornig i got in 3 test of 100 autoatack something like 48-50% proc , 120 autoatacks - 100 hit , 19-20 miss which is correct but just 48-50 proc in 3 different test; so it was 120 hit with 20 mis and 48 proc in 3 different test. Or maiby it`s related about the fix of the legendary ring ? i tested with him, tommorow i will test without him to see if something change.
