[REJECTED] [Argus][Story Progress] War of Light and Shadow Storyline quests won't start

Bug description: Finished first two chapters of the argus story quest arc but the 3rd chapter won't start at all. As you can see in my screenshot, both the 1st and 2nd chapters are completed and I'm standing next to the NPC who's supposed to give me the "We have a problem quest" to start the 3rd chapter but he has no quest marker of any kinda and has no quest dialogue. Please fix. I can't finish my argus story questline because of this.

Have you tried with different Vindicaars to see if Turalyon will give you a quest then?
