Bug description: On log-in or teleport to other continents energy regen stays at 10p/s no matter how much haste you have, removing and re-equipping an item with haste fixes the bug.
Proof:

Not really related to the post but, I can not see periodic energy gains on screen nor combat log, nothing seems to help enabling them.
Someone else with this problem?

seems like the bug when u place a enchant or a new relic to your weapon the stats actually go down

It happens also after using Slice and Dice and then hitting an enemy, it gets "fixed" when something changes your haste, but shortly after it gets bugged again. I think this is the main issue for Outlaw energy problem, i'd really hope the gms give priority to this
