[DUPLICATE] Ebon Soldiers Recruitment Bugged

Wow Freakz Link: I dont understand what im supposed to link here. please clarify more and ill get u whatever link u need.
Bug description: Im not able to recruit the Ebon Soldiers and I finished my class campaign, whenever i talk to him he just opens a plain conversation page, also just so you know I got my friend on his Death Knight character and its the same he can't recruit anymore like he did before

hi. about the ebon recruiter, i wasent even able to recruite 1 since i started playing. the npc has always opened a plain conversation window and doesnt seem to work. because of this issue i cant use 2 of my perks in class hall upgrades and without them, succeding in higher lvl missions is harder :/

Yes I didnt even recruit a single ebon soldier since I created the DK, and also i found out that the hunter recruiter has the same issue
