Bug description: The quest "Fashion History and a Philosophy of Style" can't be completed, after the NPC speaks to me, i tryed this many this with and without nethetherdiruptor being active. I also delee my chage and unstuck but nothing did work.

I have same issue with legendary craft BS and LW.
Same like yours can't complete

Same problem here. Also even if you manage to get past that quest, the same npc is supposed to give you 4 quests but he doesn't.
