[Rogue][Outlaw] Between the eyes stun + Deeper Stratagem

Bug description: The stun duration of Between the eyes + Deeper Stratagem is not correct. Normally 1 combo point = 1 sec stun, but when you select DS talent, instead of getting 6cp=6s,
it divides the 5s stun to the new maximum 6 cp. With the talent the stun goes 1cp = 0,8s stun. The bug is most noticeable at 4 or higher combo points.
Proof:
Did testing with the stopwatch option using this macro at max combo points:

This is correct, 6cp BtE stuns for only 5 seconds instead of 6. Its not precisely shown on these screenshots, but you can take the regular stopwatch on the phone and press it in the same time as you press Between the Eyes to test it.
