Monk MW Leggings of the black flame

Bug description: Whenever i'm using https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=116680&&name=thunder-focus-tea and i'm gaining "from legs" the increase on https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=191837&&name=essence-font it will cast it instantly and not in possive way, it will heal for only 1 tick. however, when i'm gaining the buff from the legendary on something else, essence font works.
so i think the problem here is that whenever i'm getting both increases on Essence Font (1 CAST FOR ESSENCE FONT FROM LEGS 1 from thunder focus tea), it will take double increase, like 200% faster (maybe more because it's intant).

Just tested with both legendary proc and thunder focus tea proc on me with Essence Font. All works as per normal. Any way you can demonstrate that via youtube or you can message me on discord if you wan't to meet in game and show me what you mean.

This used to happen to me but when casting EF just right after the CGD ended, resulting in the channeling getting cancelled and healing for 1 tick only. Now it happens less frecuently but still, i'll do some testing ingame to check this as is very frustrating to have EF cancelled when you are in a desperate situation.

Confirmed.

Bug:

1. When monk has active Thunder Focus aura on you and The Black Flame's Gamble. Essence font becomes an instant spell that heals only for one HoT

2. When monk has active 2 stacks of The Black Flame's Gamble. Essence font becomes an infinite HoT that only stops upon casting any other ability.

How it should work:

This is most likely due to the fact that Essence fount absorbs Thunder Focus and The Black Flame's Gamble upon finishing cast. While it should consume it right after you start casting it.
