Kur Talos VS Wiping on Dantalionax

Sometimes after wiping on dantalionax kur talos will return back without the extra HP he should have from the +. this doesnt always happen though.

Maws of Soul - Helya's Tentacles vs Sanguine affix

Bug description: If you want to pull all until last boss and kill mobs under Destructor Tentacles, Sanguine pools will heal them, causing a lot of wasted time.

How it should work: Sanguine pool shouldn't heal NPC of boss encounter.

How it should work: While in the cavern you should be safe from Violent Winds.
