I can confirm this too. I'm playing outlaw since 7.1.5.
It's now totally unplayable.

Also can confirm, its pissing me off and i really like playing battlegrounds but i cant because the energy regen is so bad. also the double vials are bugged when run with the 30% extra healing talent.

I can confirm this, the same energy issues.

I have tested this with my rogue at 30% base haste + slice and dice talent + ring that gives the vigor talent.
It is somehow playable, but if you use Blade Furry after two Run Through uses on 6 combo points( generated from Saber Slash using the Curse of the Dreadblades, so it generated you 6 combo points instantly. ) you will not have enough energy to commerce another attack after.

So this is having Adrenaline Rush on(60% Energy Regen increase), Alacrity( 20% haste), vigor talent ( 50+ extra energy and +10% energy regeneration ) and improved slice and dice with 19% energy increase, the energy regen still feels wrong.

On single target, the only time you feel it works right, is when you have adrenaline rush on.

Still the class is unplayable on Death from Above talent or Marked for Death.

So it is a bummer, since if the energy regen would work normal, more people would tend to play on Marked for Death since Roll the Bones buffs would boost your DPS more if you have haste from your items.

Could the staff somehow clarify when is this issue getting a fix?

It has been in trello "Urgent/Game Breaking Bugs" since it was reported with absolutely no progress and this is a REAL game breaking issue. I know you guys have a ton of bugs to fix, but this (plus the Blade Flurry bug) is really making the spec unplayable.

To answer your question. It will get fixed when the developers get to it. All of us just have to wait, that's the best I can tell you.

Fellas dont go in difrent directions the post is strictly for energy regeneration according to slice and dice talented since this is the only viable meta for now even for keys marked for death and RTB will fall behind once u get some decent gear and stats.Even i had some conflicts with Bow which is the class mod he is right we are on private server and we have to w8 for fix when devs can acctualy fix it like it supose to work not half a fix or something like this better to w8 abit more but recieve quality. Is not like on retail ppl are paying each month thats why they recieve fixes allmost at the next day or so.Aswell if this goes too long maybe ppl like me that are maining outlaw rogues will quit playing

Closing this report since it's been up for a very long time. I left it up for so long just because I was waiting, if any new information would come. It's also reported on trello and as I said we are waiting for the developers to look at it.
