How to bring more players here.

First:
Just register the server in http://www.xtremetop100.com/ this is first site where international players search for new growing wow servers, don`t know why we`re not registered yet o_O. I heard that Shoker don`t remember pass for one old registration but you can register new name right now, why you don`t do that ?
Second:
Split Wow forums from any others (i confused when trying to post something they are 100 diferent server forums here) and allow all players to post everywhere not only one place for international ones.

Lets use new vote system and bring new players to see this perfect server, trust me just add xtremetop100 its not that hard !
We can`t grow only with romanian forums or unknown vote pages.

Smells like conspiracy between "You know what server" and xtremetop100...

If they banned freakz, they most likely had an interest in it. Anyways, what was the official "reason" for banning freakz? Have they prooved anything?

A bit off xtremetop100 topic, I belive enabling chat between factions would "attract" abit more people as well.
Or even changing server status to PvP. Why? Because it will not affect PvE, and will bring more fun in PvP. In conclusion, server wouldn't loose anything but only gain.

I am pro enabling pvp on server, but chat between horde and alliance - it's against idea of whole game

I am lazy when comes to changing the account every time, i was playing both factions and it felt easyer because of this.


I dont see how this can bother you, feel free to make 2 accounts, nobody is forcing you.

even on retail you can have horde and alliance on the same account on the same server why should it be any different here?

A group of us have been moving over from the old piece o crap server we played on, but yeah the lack of numbers is just very obvious.

Maybe I am just one of those people that never really looked at any of the top lists for these kinds of servers, but if you want this server to grow, each person needs to try and make an effort to bring people. There are not a ton of good cata servers atm. It should not be difficult to convince someone to try it out here (especially if they play on like wotlk servers). My friends suggested I play here so here I am. You got to know some good people that you have played with before. Move outside your comfort zone of anonymously voting and actively look for people that you know are quality players. Even if you do not know them so well, it is not hard to give like 2 sentences of info.

Not saying voting wouldn't help, but it really requires more if you want a server to really be a good playing environment. Pulling random bad players just helps your population look better. Selecting the players you would want to play with makes for a good server overall.

the content is new and updating (new bosses)
no mayor game breaking bugs (actually the best emulation i have seen of cata , been on 4 different cata servers)
lockouts are long but still bearable (6 days for raids.. no wonder some items prices are crazy)


imho the server really needs 2 things:

- reduce lag issues: currently this is one of the biggest things (specially for international players).. one can play with bugs.. with missing bosses.. etc.. but if the lag is too high then you cant even pvp

- xtremetop

Changing server to PVP will change only 2 things:

1. Lowbies will be ganked non stop in leveling zones
2. People wont be able to do quests in tol barad freely.
