Death Knight haste affecting talent.

Dovada / Proof: Don't have ss for it cause its too easy to be tested

If you invest in the frost tree you get https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=50887, even with one point, which is normal. It's not the talent, it's the spec, lol.

I know what i am saying ... I said reset talents - see haste ( both melee and runic regeneration ). Then invest in 1 point into the talent without learning any other talents in the frost tree. See results.

dude..that talent only gives you 30 more runic power...it doesn't have anything to do with haste.

it is pretty possible that that talent gives that haste because i played frost for a while(now playing UH in arena) and i kind of didnt needed haste more than 5% even less to play decent frost BUT i havent tested i'll go test and see

Maybe you can't test it properly. Download addon called acherus to see the speed of rune regeneration ( it shows to second decimal number) and watch the melee haste change when u pick the talent.

Like he said...If you spec into Frost Tree you get https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=50887 (wowhead link) wich is a specialization not a talent, and it's passive. And one more thing...if you pick the main talent tree and don't spend any points into it you won't learn it's special skills. This is the reason.
