PTR gear vendors

Please add a gear vendor in dalaran for starter Legion Gear, ilvl 680 green gear and a Warlords of Draenor Weapon. Since the broken shore scenario is not working, and we can't get our artifacts and our starter gear from there, it's very difficult to level in Legion. Demon hunters have their gear from the starting zone, but the rest of the classes don't.

Are the 522 items not enough to beat mobs in draenor zones ?

You cannot start at level 90 in legion, you will get killed

550 ilvl at level 100 is not that good. The greens from wod quests are around 515-525 at best. I had a very hard time from level 100 to 101, and I got lucky and found a 810 ilvl epic back. At level 101 in highmountain I seem to be doing much better, with 3-4 greens + 1 epic item, rest 550 ilvl, and also the HP jump from level 100 to 101 is huge.
Anyway, I was sitting at 130k ~ HP at level 100, trying to fight mobs with x3 times my hp, while demon hunters got 500k hp, and just faceroll through them.

+1 you can add some wod raiding gear or sth for lvl 100. it`s ptr man, c`mon, you don`t give sth free for the rest of the time wtf...

we are very willing to help you test the realm

but you need to help us help you

there really is no point on struggling to finish one quest with crap gear. ye, 550 is crap gear in legion (you really should know that...)

for wod you should enable heirlooms that scale properly (you need to test that as well)

you need people to quickly finish quests and report the bugged ones

you don't want to burn down the testers that could easily give up on helping you coz you made things harder unnecessarily

remember this is ptr, you are not giving away anything for "free"

we actually are giving you our time and effort for free

we are aware that in the end everything will be wiped

and note that i'm not asking for increased xp rates, i'm just asking you to help us help you

agree, give a vendor for green items around legion quest rewards. the mob density is kinda out of hand. one by one mobs are okish. as a demon hunter its easy cakes but going the normal way is painfull.

Do you know of any npc who has some blue / green gear to sell so I can modify the costs for them ?

Otherwise I would need a list of items to add to the npc

Warrior - by the way, this npc is bugged, he doesn't want to sell anything, and probably some of the other vendors are bugged aswell, can't say for sure.

+1, thats a really good idea, it's quite hard to do anything in broken isles with majority of our gear being 550

EDIT: Everyone can buy a 740 weapon/weapons from their class hall, except from what I hear warriors can't (bugged). So we only need armor.

I'd be great if you could let the hall quartermasters sell the gear normally sold only to 110s to sell it to fresh 100s

this is just for the PTR, I/we wouldn't expect this to carry over the live realm

i saw your reply to the heirloom situation, and i can guarantee that there are several people that have reached 100 with the current xp rate

so enabling the heirloom seller would be safe imo

there are some quests that cant be completed (reported on the bug tracker) but overall reaching 100 is more than possible at the current xp rate (tho a bit grindy)

Enabling the 110 class armors for lvl 100's would probably be the fastest option.

Monk vendor is too bugged, can talk with him and its all. No option to open vendor window.
