Bug description: Demon Blades procs only from ur 1st auto attack. So when it misses/ gets blocked u do not generate any fury. And when it doesnt it is really rarely seen to proc Demon Blades you could say that the chance is lower than 65% by a good amount.
Proof: Easy to test, proc chance even easier.

Yes, the chance is lower than the tooltip and also when you miss/parry/dodge etc...you don't generate fury.

You are wrong with first auto-attack. Demon blades proc from main-hand an off-hand and it works ok for this part.

About the honor talent that keeps you with full fury if u have 1-2 dots on you nobody is saying anything? And you spam damage 24/7?

Bring proofs. I didn't found anything besides this:
-> If you check spell description, it says "Proc spell on trigger"
And if you check again, this honor talent was buffed in 7.1.5 from 5 fury to 10 fury.

It has to be some internal cooldown or smth, be srs. Do you think what a priest/aff would do vs a dh? On Freakz?

Find it and post it..on Mr. Robot data base there is nothing, forum blizzard nothing, wow head nothing besides what I said. Videos, nothing, even there are spamming dmg. I can't invent icd's.

Show me a video with a dh with dots and full fury 24/7.

Demon blades are working ~ ok
But the tooltip is wrong.
It was 65% for a short(?) time during 7.1.5 ptr but at the start of live 7.1.5 was reduced to 60%

Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Proc chance reduced to 60% (was 75%).

And I did a test with 1000 melee attacks (I excluded the 130 misses).

So after 1001 melee hits , demon blades proced 578 times. So the proc chance is ~58% . Very close to the 60% it should have.
Probably if I would hit a target without any chance off missing/dodge/parry ..the proc chance would be 60%

it seems to me that is working ok, at almost every hit i get a proc from demon blades, im not sure if you have to generate fury even after you miss/dodge/blocked, will let the topic opened, please bring proof if you think this is wrong

since the proc chance is very close to the 60% it should have I will reject this.
