Bug description: It doesn't proc as often as it should proc and I noticed that the spell is being parryed or blocked.

The tests are :
1) 100 auto - attacks in dummy -> it should be 65 demon blade's procs

Result : 50 procs not 65
2) 101 auto - attacks in dummy -> it should be 65 demon blade's procs

3) 100 auto attacks in dummy -> it should be 65 demon blade's procs

Another thing that I must say is that the demon blade shouldn't get blocked/parryed . Here is the proof :

It says very clear : "Guaranteed ? Yes"

Also , here is the tooltip of all versions of the demon blade . If you look at 7.1.5 it says 65% of you melee attacks .

What ask mr robot says is that when Demon Blades hits the target, it is guaranteed that you get the Resource (random amount of Fury, between 12 and 21). Demon Blades is a melee spell, it will be always subject to dodge/parry/block.

Well , I supose I am wrong . But the proc chance is no mistake .

= 0.6 This is the proc chance of demon blades on our patch , 7.1.5.23420 , if it were 65% as you claim it should say 0.65 if i'm not mistaken . Actually you are forgetting to subtract the misses/parries you did with parry attacks.
I'll take the 5th test you did as an example, the one with 1000 auto atacks, cos it's the closest to being statistically relevant, the other numbers are way too low.
Ok so in your screenshot you did 1000 melee attacks. Details doesn't show you how many misses you've got, but you can just add normal hits(269) + critical hits(521) + blocked hits (7) = 797
So 60% of 797 is 797*0.6 = 478 demon blades procs. And you had 484 procs, so it is indeed a 60% percent proc chance.

The reason you see that on WoWHead is because that's not the patch we're on , techincally . That build is 7.1.5.23038 , we're on 7.1.5.23420 . Now , @tudor . I might be wrong when i say this , but melee misses don't have anything to do with demon blades . I'm pretty sure that the game checks if demon blades will proc , after which said spell can't miss , it can be blocked or parried , but not missed . So melee misses don't have much of anything to do with demon blades procs , atleast to my knowledge.

It says spell hit, so if you miss an auto attack it can't proc Demon Blades.
