Bug description: Travel Form seems to have about 60% mount speed in all battlegrounds.

And what speed you wanted it to be in PvP instance?

And can I please ask you how did u get to have 60% extra speed? That seems a bit too much for instance PvP indeed. Should be 40% according to numerous resources. Unless you are Guardian with Travel form pvp talent.

Yeh thats 60% on top of already existing 140% which makes it a 200% in non combat on land in non PvP instance. In pvp instance max speed is 140%. It always has been.

But currently I do not believe it's anywhere at 140% speed as you can see how far behind travel form falls once BG starts to normal ground mounts? That's what I thought was not working properly? Not sure, might be invalid report but I was told to report it by a helper so it can be looked into.

Ground mount speed with all the licences purchased is base 200%. It is also affected by guild perk and any of the class mount speed aura modifiers. DK and paladins travel way faster than any other class on mount due to those modifiers. Druid travel form speed is correct in PvP. There is a macro to check speed.

You have 40% base speed on that form, you get a 60% bonus speed when u reached level 38 and that bonus speed is disable in Arena/BG

Thanks for taking your time in posting this issue.

As most of the comments before this one have already confirmed, the speed bonus is working correctly as of right now in BG's / Arenas, 40% (140% total) movement speed while using the travel form in guardian/restoration/boomkin WITHOUT feral affinity. The reason why i said ''Without'' is because feral affinity / feral will add a 15% multiplicative speed bonus to your character (Thanks to Feral Swiftness), increasing the bonus speed of Travel form to 61% instead of 40%. This is because the rank 2 travel form stacks multiplicatively, like most on-foot speed effects that also do stack with each other.

A more detailed explanation.

At baseline, druids move at 100% movement speed, and the travel form at rank 2 will increase said movement speed by 40%. (Check the following link and Spell effect #2 for more info, Clicky!)
This is true and working as intended.

The issue is when taking Feral Swiftness into account, let it be through Feral Affinity, or by been on feral, it will increase the base movement speed by 15% (stacking multiplicatively).

So with that in mind:

Speed = 1.15 * 1.40 = 1.61 (161% movement speed) While using travel form with Feral or Feral Affinity, which is roughly 60% of a normal mount speed.
(The speed stat works in a very similar way, hence why speed stacking can be abit ridiculous for feral druids, allowing you to reach and surpass ground mount speeds with ease, but that's a different topic)

Also, if we take into account Malorne's Swiftness (Your travel form will increase the movement speed by 60% instead of 40%), along with Feral Swiftness will bump your travel form speed upwards to 184% movement speed.
Speed = 1.6 * 1.15 = 1.84

This multiplication is true for most movement speed buffs, but not all, for example the 100% speed bonus that can be gathered in bgs is a flat additive bonus that will not stack multiplicatively.
