[REJECTED] [Rogue] All specs Global Cooldown Bugged PVP and PVE

The global cooldown is bugged. If you look in the videos that i have recorded, you can see that after i use a spell, when the global is like half way thru, i can use another spell already. Really broken both pvp/pve. So pretty much before the gcd ends you can use spells.

Pretty sure this is a general issue with instant spells, particularly affecting melees. I've heard Ferals and Feral-affinity Restos have the same thing.

According to rogue : class is not gcd locked and it supose to be able to spam abilities if there is energy for it respectivly. basic gcd on freakz is 0.7 sec for rogue and it was implemented bcoz some ppl was exploiting subtlety spec in begging of 7.2.5. Overall rogue doesnt have gcd besides some cooldowns. I discuss this with retail rogue players and im subscribed to ravenhold discord aswell they confirmed it. Unfortunatly our class mod allways wants someone to provide him blizzlike proofs basicly we have to do half of his work. I just dont get it.

No wonder rogues to so much damage. That is a very good GCD exploit found.

Although nothing new. Same thing was on 7.2.5. Thats why they disabled PvP test dummies. So I am presuming this would be a temporary solution for now.

If it's **** how do you explain the GCD on regular retail rogue 7.3 being almost 2x longer than on the one this guy demonstrated?

This guy says that the floor for GCD is 0.75s not 1s like it was previously https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=61304 (wowhead link)

But i can confirm that rn it can go to even 0.5s or so under the effects of BL. Maybe is not that great of a boost for some classes but for some others it is.

Posting this here, because I spent about an hour searching Google for it the other day, and another hour today testing it. As of somewhere in the middle of Legion (I don't precisely remember when), the current GCD floor is in fact 0.75s, not the 1.0s it was previously. This also applies to BfA (tested on the beta client). This was verified using a significant amount of haste gear and haste abilities (specifically, Drums of Fury and Trueshot), and the API call GetSpellCooldown, using both this spell ID and the one for Arcane Shot. The GCD decreases without pause past 1.0, but floors at 0.75s.

That's for abilities that are originated with GCD of 1.5 sec. Feral and rogue abilities are hard base 1 sec GCD therefore not susceptible to any further GCD reduction via haste.

Here is your bug proof gcd bypassing abilities with following time stamps for ferals on freakz:

15:18:03 - 2x Ferocious bites and 2x Shreds in one sec? instead of 4 sec
15:18:04 - 2x Shreds in 1 sec? instead of 2

Dude idk what is that gif but itsnt it from spectate npc or something? Bcs its not bypassing global but hiting twice. Also how can you hit 2x bite when you spend all combo points on the 1st one?

Lets assume spectator does indeed makes every damage spell hit twice visually... How do you explain ferocious bite and shred in same second? When Freal GCD should not fall below 1 sec.

Again manipulated ''proof''.The same way spectator makes same ability seem like hits twice,it can make GCD what it's not.Untill you make a REAL video duplicating that,it's not proven.And believe me you will not be able,because feral has soft-lock,which makes GCD even longer than it should be.Unlike rogues and warriors who can do full burst in less that 1.5 seconds.......
