[REJECTED] [Naga Hide] Skill not proc'ing

Bug description: The enchant doesn't seem to work, the buff never procs. I have it in both hands and tested for more than 30 mins getting hit & dodging from 20-30 mobs, without getting a single proc out of it.

10 minutes of adds hitting me with even 3 uses of [Evasion], not a single proc. I put it yday in both daggers and haven't had one single proc of the buff.

Could it be that only works for tank specs?

According to retail logs it most likely only procs from passive parry/dodge/block. Meaning as long as you don't use any ability to increase your chance to parry/dodge/block and rely on your pure passive % chance then it should proc.

Naga Hide buff doesn't proc. I used it on my guard druid and I haven't seen even one proc. There isn't any +agi buff or shielding from any of the dodge I got.

Bcuz it also has a chance to proc, if u dodge an attack doesnt mean u'll get the proc right away. Post some proof when u make statements like that.
