for second thing I don't know what happens in your raid but for us the only problem is when a dps get aggro and cast devouring flame in next second. you have to add some screenshots

Release date 06.03.2011 - Thats 4.0.6 patch. i think the quality is good enough. About the second report i don't have ss, but as i said the animation is going as normal (on the direction of the tank ), but the raid is taking the damage. it happened for the first time on friday.

yeap is it clear the sentries are spawning the phase 1 of the encounter too my bad with that and about second bug you've reported I can't pronounce because we never encountered this bug.

Hmm... there were a lot of bug reports for this encounter spread through the website, i think they were exactly on the PvE bug report forum, but not sure, since i didnt find 'em. Maybe admins erased those reports to make an unified thread here.

Anyway, i was trying to find those old posts to support these 2 bug reports, since i don't see them mentioned yet:

1- Mobs from Twilight realm are shooting orbs veeery fast, and worse, they are multi shooting (3 targets per orb) -there were posts about it, with screenshots, published by "UltimaWeapon" (a tank from our guild).

2- When Valiona is casting Deep Breath, if the tank (or the person who has the highest aggro), gets ported to the twilight realm (or dies, or resets aggro anyhow -ex, divine shield-) then valiona will change his course and target the 2° player with the highest aggro, and she will land (but deep breath will touch everyone who is next to this person). I haven't seen this bug on my raids anymore, because our tanks never did that mistake again. But i don't know if it has been fixed, so you can dismiss this one then.

PS: ouch... i just found that imageshack removed my SS, idk why... ill upload it asap on a different host, but as i said before this report is old, i haven't checked it yet, since we are crossing the flames in due time -it was very common to fail crossing when it was laggie, now the texture of the flames has been reworked, and it doesnt lag or slow fps-.

I can confirm this still happening. In order to avoid it, Valiona must not update his victim while casting breath. If she does update the victim and it changes, then she starts the typical procedure with facing the target and initiating new movementgen towards that target. It shouldn't happen during casting Deep Breath.

As far as I know, the orbs shoot the targets correctly, the problem is - Sometimes there are like 5 orbs shooting us in normal realm, while our twilight realm handler reports that there are no mobs inside the Twilight Realm. They continie to stay spawned until the end of the fight, adding a LOT of unnecessary damage. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

This. Its making the fight un-healable.

Also it seems that they do Multi-Shot when you are nearby the Twilight Rifts. But when you are far away, it seems they can only shoot 1 target. Ill try to get more screenshots.

They are supposed to multi shoot, that's how the spell is designed. The problem is, they sometimes don't disappear when the channeler in twilight realm is killed.
