World PVP on / off

Nu prea face lumea Tol Barad si nici Wintergrasp.. nu ai ce lua de acolo, iar PvP isles din Pandaria nu vor fi reparate curand...fara WPvp On raman doar astia care fac abuz de pvp off...R.I.P Pvp fun.

World pvp-ul adevarat a murit odata cu Wotlk, sa fim realisti.
Sustin inca odata cine vrea pvp on sa si-l activeze, cine nu sa poata sa-si vada linistit de treaba.
Nu poti impune un stil de joc unui player care nu ii place, fiecare sa poate sa-si aleaga cum vrea sa-i fie jocul.
Ati votat mai mult de 40% pvp on, daca o sa mergeti cu el activat prin world sigur o sa gasiti altii ca voi.

Degeaba esti GM ca nu ai o treaba .....mai bine citeste ce a scris Froster.Cum sa lasi la alegere pvp on/off? toti cretinii cu pvp off vor fi.Voi nu ati auzit de ganking si alte de genu? pvp nu e o alegere ci o parte din joc,la fel cum este si pve.

Tin sa te contrazic, pe retail iti poti alege realm PvE, unde pvp-ul este off. Asadar argumentul asta ca world pvp face parte din joc, nu prea tine.

ON, if people dont want ganked, or dont know pvp, they should roll in partys or stay outa sight. pvp is a part of the game. thats like asking if some want PVE turned on Normal or Easymode...

So what you're saying is that the PvE crowd, the majority according to this poll, should change how the game is played and hide because of a small, very vocal minority? You do realize how strange an idea that is? Why should the many change so they're in line with the few? That's like electing the loser of a vote to be your leader. That's like forcing your favourite pizza place to only serve vegetarian pizzas to cater to the few vegetarians. It makes absolutely no sense, does it?

Plus you can assume that this poll could easily tack a healthy portion of PvE players on top, because as you as a PvP player probably know best, it's the displeased children that cry the loudest while the content ones have literally "nothing to complain about", staying quiet. I looked at the poll a while back, saw it was 61% in favour of PvE and almost didn't even vote because it was going to win anyways. If not for the ingame chat talk, I probably wouldn't ever have known that there was a poll to begin with, if I'm honest

I will say this once and only once, if you want to make a dungeon you take 4 other ppl and do dungeon, if you want raid you do the same but with 9 other ppl and you do it in 1 sec join.

If we pvp players want to make 1 "pvp instance" or as we call it "battleground" we have to wait from 10 to 60 min join time and wait for the other battlegrounds allready started to end then if we are in luck and the game doesnt crush we can play a 15 min battleground .... so:

- pve - instant join, instant action.
- pvp - 10-60 min queue just for 15 min of joy ........

Minority is not 40% of server ppl

I see what you're saying. The long wait time for battlegrounds is an issue for sure, but forcing something that 60% of players do not want onto them so that the 40% can have their way makes no sense, does it? I don't want to sit around in cities after reaching 90. I want to do dailies and farm and do quests I missed and a ton of other things that are out in the world. And I don't want to get jumped and camped while at it. It would feel like being punished and confined to a cell for reaching level 90.

Why don't the BG queues pop? Either there's no interest in PvP BGs *or* the queuing system needs fixing. Neither is a reason to force the PvE majority into PvP. While I respect your opinion and that you wish to PvP, a perfectly sensible request, they need to handle this in a different manner than forcing 60% of the people who voted in this poll into something they don't want to do. While there are probably some geniune PvP players, I'm willing to bet the majority of cases will turn into ganking and people will get angry, not wanting to participate in any of it in the first place.

PvP players will get their arenas once the classes are fixed. That seems like a much more appropriate environment for some competitive and honest PvP, not out in the world where the majority of people don't want to PvP, nor are they geared and set up for it.

Eu cred ca ar trebui sa fie off pana vor fi fixate bugurile,sau macar sa exista o comanda pvpon/off.Dar doar pana se rezolva cu bugurile,dupa aceea comanda sa fie scoasa si pvp on pentru toti.

ok, I'll turn sarcasm off for this post even though I really wanted to make fun of this statement

40% is a minority compared to 60%. 60% is the majority in this case. 60% is still more than 40%, whatever you might say or think. and the majority of players on the server voted against world pvp.


on the other hand, you've given a response to yourself. this here is all I have to add about this server's actual interest for pvp and pve.

I don't think pve-only players should suffer through world pvp cause pvp-ers want it. especially while pve players are the majority.
the only possible solution would be to enable bgs where factions can play in mixed teams. same as we have crossfaction options in pve for raids and instances. if same faction members can kill each other in arenas, I dont see what the problem would be with the same thing happening in the battlegrounds. and that way we would avoid the "queued horde: 2, queued alliance: 60" problem

Si eu am intrebat, e server pvp sau pve? Pentru ca pe LK nici nu se punea problema, si pe cata puteam sa omor/mierlesc prin tol'barad etc. Pe MoP nu pot sa fac nimic in world, decat sa stau la coada.
N'aveti decat sa specificati ca e server pve, si sa ramaneti voi , "marea majoritate" pe server, ca de PvP oricum nu e nevoie, WoW-u a fost facut pentru PvE, cea mai buna reclama care a avut'o fiind filmele guildei "Nihilum". Kappa

yes, let's implement something custom, rather something that is on retail aswell, just because there's more stupid people on the server with the right to vote. don't even try to deny it, I don't say everyone who voted no is stupid, but if you could understand some of the romanian comments you would probably agree.

+1 Daca ramane pvp off atunci nu mai am de ce sa joc pe srv asta....
