Would you have Real ID-like function to allow whispers between legion and mop realm?

Since legion rotates around artifact power people who started to play with the lunch will have advantage over the players who join afterwards. Blizzard implemented a catch up mechanic for alts and new players which reduces the artifact knowledge research time based on time past since the lunch. That time increases while you catch up to the other players. Will you implement that function aswell?


Also this is a suggestion about how to make the legendary items drop on freakz. This video shows a site thats linked to blizzard and counts as i believe boss kills, quests, rare mobs and probably pvp but i am not so sure about it.

Will hotfixes be included? Or just the patch 7.1.5 base.

What will happen with items (tabards) that we got from achivements?
Let's take an example: Tabard of the Achiever. This tabard you get if you complete the achievement called Twenty-Five Tabards. When Legion comes out I will have this achivement completed but with no tabard, making this tabard unobtainable for player who completed this achivement in previous expansions. So the only way to get this tabard is only via vote/donate for players who already have this achivement? It's kinda awkward imo. This is just an example and there are plenty of them.

No ITEMS will be moved. However if you receive the achievement, the achievement reward should come by ingame mail.

Will dynamic spawning of mobs be a feature that we can look forward too in legion?
There was a discussion from some time ago in mop,in the timeless isle,with frogs that should spawn faster depending on how many people were present in that specific area.
For example:you have a WQ that gives you an 850+ trinket if you kill 12 mobs.Obviously there will be 50+ players farming them to get the item(why wouldn't they) and without that feature everyone will keep their eyes on the npc finder to see when the cd will be up and the mob will respawn.
Will this feature be implemented?
