Heroic mode: (not sure for normal cause we did it immediately after the release of the bosses and didn't pay so much attention)
1.The timers for poison protocol and chemical bomb - he is gripping all and in the same moment releasing the adds which immediately touch someone because u are thrown on them.
2. Flamethrower has much wider range than it should and is hitting persons that are not near or in front of the targeted player.
3. Dots are causing the unstable shield to cause damage when they are not supposed to.
4. Physical damage from Magmatron and Toxitron is too high - i don't think 80-90 k hits are normal for 10 hc.
5. In patch 4.0.6 the Omnotron Def. System have 41.2 kk HP - here it is 48 kk.
6. Arcanatron is always releasing Power Generator in his feet while it should be on random place.
7. Shadow conductor damage is too high (not sure for this) - here its doing like 40-50 k at 15-20 y.
8. Overcharged power generator is hitting outside the visual area ( maybe at around 25 yards range)
And all the other bugs mentioned before.

I saw that too at our raid, it's kinda sad cuz u try to slow them but after that they get bonus speed.

I think bombs are slowed on default - . At the start they are moving slow and when u use slow effect on them they speed up.

ONE MORE important bug for this boss is MEELE RANGE, its too small meelers are almost impossible to be on the bose all the time couse if you want to hit him you must to be inside of him. Meele range ATM is as small as is doesnt event fit to a boss its even smaller than a boss as it should be more than twice as biger as the boss. This problem persist on any targets in this server pvp, bosses, (still an chimaeron, as meelers should be able to fin in two rows on it and even one row its not always possible here) mobs, thashes, ECT. But on the omnotron its just abnormally small. If you need screen profs for that I can add some.

The bombs are not slowed on default > Actual Poison Bomb speed is normal.
Buggy when >> Slow,daze = Increased speed
And i'm not realy sure but in these youtube vid. https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=80092 (wowhead link) deals damage if you stay in but here you get wiped even you stay some yards near them.
Poison Bomb Inflicts 73125 to 76875 Nature damage to enemies within 6 yards those 6 yards represent the diameter of poison bomb, so here you get damaged even you stay out of that bomb.

proof: Exploded near me not under me but damaged me and this is bad for raid members near a Poison bomb

1. I don't think he can cast those two at the same time, but I will check the timers with Shocker.
2. We will check this too.
3. Why shouldn't this be triggered by DoTs anyway? However, I don't think it is triggered by DoTs, we had the same report about Arcanotrom's shield and it was incorrect, we tested.
4. I will lower the melee attacks on heroic modes. [Done]
5. 32M on 10N, 41.2M in 10HC? I don't think so, however, bring proof please.
6. That's incorrect, it should spawn under his feet, please check videos.
7. You get +10% damage 20yards, +20% damage at 30yards, etc. Unless you come with actual proof about the damage, we cannot nerf it.
8. We will check this too.
