Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance :
first i'll make sure hunter mark and serpent sting are still on the target.i'll use Chimera Shot, Stampede , A murder of Crows , Glaive Toss and Fervor when available.Two Steady shots to get 20 seconds Steady Focus and master marksman buff and i'll use arcane shot to dump focus while other useful shots are on CD.Under the haste effect like rapid fire or bloodlust, i'd cast only Aimed Shot to dump focus as it's 1.31sec casting time(for now) and it's the MOST powerful shot in MM Spec.Deterrence,Binding Shot,Misdirection and Tranquilizing Shot will b used under circumstances or conditions

Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use?
i used a lot of my wow times on fatboss guides and dungeon journals but it's getting bored. i really wanna get some new experiences from real RAIDS.

Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them?
in freakz , i've been in like 3 guilds. last one is prohibition.they were friendly but they didn't have enough members to do raids.so i think i have to move on to progress in MoP and of course you guys's guild is an English guild (when i was in a guild, i was kicked from a raid because i'm not a romanian) and i believe you guys wanna make progress in MoP as bad as i want.dat's all

Spells that i'm using :
Holy fire:I use it on cd for mana and damage .
Smite: Same as holy fire for dmg and heal (atonement)
Power Word Shield: i usually cast it on ppl , specially on the tanks,when high damage is incoming
Penance: For damage the target or healing fast a low raid member
Power Word: Barrier : always for high damage incoming in raids
Pain Suppression: casting always on tanks when they are getting much damage
Halo: when raid is low.
Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use? Yes , I usually watch Fatboss on Youtube.
Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them? My last guild was HEAVEN . I enjoyed being there untill the guild Forgotten Heroes disbanded and lots of retards joined the guild , I choose Aeon Nox because I really need an En guild , I heard Aeon Nox is dedicated for raiding , with mature and polite ppl, so am I . I love PVE very much .

Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance : I start from 75 lunar to lunar. Potion + Nature's Vigil-Starfall, go to 100 lunar-Incarnation + Starfall, cast 2 Starfire, cast Celestial Aligment, when starfall end's I apply it again, when Celestial Aligment end's I go to Lunar-Starfall. Stats:Int-crit-haste, i play with more crit than haste cuz it helped me for Starsuge procs
Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use? Yes I do, I'm whatching at fatboss at YouTube, and other's good guide's.
Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them? My last guild is hkp, I got kicked, I don't know the reason..

Earth Shield: on tank
Riptide: For healing and Tidal Waves
Healing Rain: everytime down, aoe heal and reset for more ticks
Greater Healing Wave: I use it on low target
Chain Heal: One of the most important spells afecting 4 targets. I use it so much
Unleash Elements: at CD for maximize the next spell healing
Healing Surge: I don't use that spell so much but it can save a player who's dying.
Healing Wave: Rarely
Ancestral Guidance: When the raid is so low
Ancendance: same
Spirit Link: when the raid will get much damage
Mana Tide: very important for healers at long encounters
Healing Tide, Healing Stream: at cd
Elementary Mastery, LifeBlood(req:herbalism),Berserking(racial): Most use In combination with Ancestral Guidance/Ascendance. It depends.
Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use?: Yes, Youtube (FATBOSS)
Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them? : Heaven, I feel that guild is not for me. I chose Aeon Nox cuz I have some friends here and for progress.

Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them? I was in The Betrayers, i leave them because they didn't speak on /guild chat and they wasn't online on team speak too. I played on Exodus and and I'm a big fan of your guild, I always wanted to join your guild.

Previous raiding experience? I did all raids from Cata and on mop i did MV n 4/6 and TOES 3/3 N
