Nah , you are wrong saying that he has 79k absorb dude , that absorb is AFTER ignite armor hit him , NOT BEFORE , and even if the Sacred Shield didn't gave him 150k absorb , I can see that they have a holy paladin there so , more absorb.

For you second exemple, answer found : the 10% fire damage taken debuff is applied after the flame vent is reapplied while on freakz it's before, congrats you've found a bug.

=> 337k * 0.1 = 365k ish.

The first exemple is simply impossible to verify, you can't "snapshot" only one exemple of dot damage during an encounter where multiples absorbs and damage reduction effects are in play, also there's a warrior that can set a demoralizing banner that will reduce boss damages by 10% i believe.

on sec 0:39 he takes 214k from 4hits , on second 00:47 he taks 214k from 3hits , on second 00:51 he takes 444k from 4hits !!!

I have checked,but you should look at buffs ,I screen capped 229k because he has no visible reductions there,they have a shaman with totems (10% fire reduction with glyph),and him using cds after etc.

Albaster's shield, a glyph that increase Shield of the righetous damage by 10%, stacklable 3 times.

0:53 >> 430k/4hits
5stacks : 30x5 + 50% = @220k/hit - reduces = @160-170k/hit

1:00 >> 410k/3hits
1:04 >> 415k/4hits
1:08 >> 500k/3hits
1:11 >> 430k/3hits

And you tell me that freakz ignite armor is higher than it should be.
Both ignite armor's , from freakz and retail , are same..

If it's so retail-like,why are only few guilds killing it then?Why are tanks being raped so much?His melee damage is almost on point,it's not that.

Because , first , this boss is not for 520ilvl players , you need atleast 545+ geared ppl to kill him , and , 2nd , you need some brain to kill this boss , is not tank and spank .!

People did this boss with Tot heroic gear dude,we have 550+ on 70% of the guilds that do PvE these raids,stop justifying his bugged damage.

You have soo gear from available bosses which are not necessarely optimized for you whereas their gear even though it was only from tot hc was optimized, it can make a difference.

Compare this and that then tell me if the later is better. Hint :

Because bluntly speaking the majority(of people ive witnessed playing) on this server plays more casual. (regarding skillcap).

I do not want to attack anyone specifically, nor is this said with hatred, it is just what it is, and it is that the majority(again of those ive seen play) plays at times even worse than what ive seen on retail in lfr.

This does not mean that they are bad people or whatever its just like watching blind people try to play soccer at times on this server. And no i dont say this because i feel l33t or whatever else youth these days uses to express such things, i say this like i would say to a obese person that he is bad in marathon.

Ever considered that your raid is just not good enoughe? We killed him with people around my ilvl, which you can see on my profile is currently 546 and was 545 at the time we killed him. We had alot of trys with alot of fails because of bad positioning(i still dont get why ppl on this server either want to tank him near where he stands or tuck him into that closed off area on the right side... we killed him the first try after a modified strat was used that my old retail guild used to kill him on heroic.

I will repeat what i told someone else already in this thread. Make sure your raid does not stand in every ability that does damage, and make sure melees dont idle in the bore. This is a fight where surviving comes first and if you have dps in your raid that only want to shine on the penismeter you will not kill him because this kind of people have in their mind the flawed thinking of "i surely can finish that cast it only has 0,3sec left in cast time and what will 1 or 2 ticks of that ability really do..." sure this will work... when you are already full SoO normal geared + upgraded and above.

Unfortunately without a proper combat analyzer i can not give you any more information how you could kill him seeing i am not live there in your tries to pin point out directly what you are doing wrong.

Next time you do him, you could post hps / damage taken by spell x (anything that is avoidable) / overall damage taken from players, maybe there is a way to help you. ^^

Oh and we can justify it because we killed him with a lower(or equal) ilvl... how do you explain this? I agree on one thing, you might have found a bug but is a different one, one that you yourself didnt think about, and that is the application of the debuff with consequentely resulting in slightly higher damage but nothing so major that it would make the boss unkillable. --> https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-5300029.html

If u have so good people on the guild you should kill this boss VERY EASY.
My guild killed this boss already 5times on 10n, with average ilvl of 540-550 on each raid , is not so hard , you just need skilled ppl and the right tactic,positioning and a good raid coordinator..
