Bug description: Exactly just like here some haste buffs doesnt increase energy regeneration rate (for rogues, probably it could be for druids too but im not sure) . FOr example Alacrity talent doesnt work correctly (posted about that here )

Haste doesn't work as it supposed to do in term of energy regeneration

Will be nice if this would be a priority in terms of gameplay fixes. It's a big deal for regen related classes..

ah! yes. i feel outlaw's haste regen is bit slow compared to some retail videos...

taking the Slice'n'dice and vigor just makes it FINE. but still lower than what it should be...

This is not only Rogue related, it affects Ferals and Windwalker / Brewmaster monks too.

Maybe Quicksand forgot about this one. Indeed, if an issue affects multiple classes ( or specs ), it should be in the ''important'' category.

No i did not forget about this. Please stop bumping every single thread, I am aware of each and everyone

as of now I'm not prioritizing since I will be fixing spells day and night in the upcoming days, planning to fix as much as I can from pending/confirmed spells.
