Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance :
<3 Archangel : I use on cd .
<3 Prayer of Healing : only when i use Spirit Shell before a big aoe damage is comming, i use this with Inner Focus for because i have low mana cost and 100% increases critical effect.
<3 Power Word: Solace: i use this for mana , damage and healing the raid .
<3 Smite: For damage and heal.
<3 Pain Suppression: i use on low heal players .
<3 Prayer of Mending: On cd , on tanks.
<3 Penance: i use on low HP players .
<3Power Word: Shield: On raid members when a massive dmg is comming.
<3 Flash Heal:only when i play with From Darkness, Comes Light or when a raid member take a massive dmg.
<3 Halo: I use when all raid members are low HP ,or the raid leader ask.
<3 Power Word: Barrier: when a higt dmg is coming.

Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use?
I use Youtube because i can see different types the approach boss.
Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them?
I was in Allstar randoms bad decision , after 2 years i realized that is not for me. I can not stay and say " it`s ok take someone to raid I...I , I will stay afk in Shrine".
So i want a change for me, playing with diferent people is in this moment like a fresh air.

4.3.4 Allstar randoms all bosses down on 10h/25h, 5.4.8 Toes 3/3 25h 10/25n 3/3. Msv 3/5 25h 3/5 10h.

Your alts : All of my alts are currently Allience, since I am moving from Alliance to Horde. Planning on leveling up few more hordies.
But here they are: Shampital (Resto/Ele 491), Ginome (Destruction/Affliction 489), Bownie (Survival/MM 486), Wifebeeper (Holy/Shadow 480), Moniza (Mistweaver 487/ Brewmaster 480) and the rest are not worth mentioning.
Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance :
Opener: Pre-cast Incinerate, DS-Trinkets-Pot (all happening 3 seconds b4 the boss is pulled > Immolate > 2x Conflagrate > Spam Incinerate (5-6) untill 2 Burning Embers, cast 2x Chaos Bolts (would benefit if Skull Banner or such raid CDs are at the time up) > refresh Immolate and do the standard rotation. I'd also apply CoE inbetween if there's no other class that can apply the same debuff on the target.
As i said earlier, if i want to maximize my performance, i'm always building up my Burning Embers, so i can have a few to consume them for Chaos Bolts, when Skull Banner/ Heroism and raid CDs which CB benefits from, and always using DS+Trinkets to burst.
Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use? Yes, Fatboss guides all the way.
Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them? My previous guild is alliance guild, The Dragonslayers, that in the last period is dead. There was absolutly nothing happening. That's one of the main reason I switched to the Horde side. And as you can see i'm just gearing up, dinged 2 days ago.
As in my current horde guild is Bound by Blood. The guild is meh. So yeah. Choosing you because, i believe you are very progressive guild, and I hope i'll have some fun in the meantime.
Previous raiding experience? With the ally guild, we did 4/5 MV 10n, and 3/3 ToES 10n. As in for previous expansion, full ICC 10/25n, on gamer-district, and DS 10hc full run on freakz.

Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance : On my feral i start with Rake first then use shred untill i have 5 Combo points. At 5 CP i use RIP then after another 5CP i use savage roar. I use my burst when my trinkets are not on CD and always prepotting.
Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use? - FatbossTV and also i have a friend who played on retail as a tank for 6 years
Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them? - My last guild was The Forgotten Heroes. The reason i left that one because i just finished with my finals and before that i couldnt come to raids and that didnt hit the mark so well because the raid leaders only invites people who knows the script and did the raid before. I also did those raids even on HC but only a few times
Previous raiding experience? - On Cataclysm i was always main tank in DS and ocasionally offtank at heroic spine because of my class. As a healer i didnt had problems, i always stay focused same as on a dps class. Always trying to be good
A few words about you : Hi, I`m Alex, I`m from a little town from Romania called Baia Mare. I like to listen to music when I`m playing video games and ,ofcourse, the most player game is World of Warcraft and after that is Dota2. Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance : Well for starters : pre-pot , sometimes I pre-cast Shattering Throw , Charge , Burst , CS , MS, StormBolt, Slam, Slam, MS , OP, DragonRoar , and so on. Pretty simple rotation imo. For fury I don't really enjoy playing it, but I'm trying to get some practice sometimes.
Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use? I played a while on retail , i did almost all the bosses on normal mode , and as for further info about the bosses , I just youtube , google it.
Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them? Last guild proper guild or to be more specific , last guild that I played properly was Pride and that was on Cataclysm , after that I took a break and when i came back for MoP , the guild kinda break apart , now I'm in Blue World, but I don't see them making plans in the near future of raiding.
Previous raiding experience? Cata full progress on freakz as SPriest, and as I said earlier almost all the bosses in MoP on Normal.

Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance : Hmm i am Restoration Druid and Druid Restoration is Overhealing i use 3x life bloom in off tank Because Attention all healer's on main tank and use Rejuventaion on all players and use wild Growth Cooldown To Cooldon and use wild mushroom at stack and when player's health at 5% i use Tranquility after this when health is not up i use tree of life and use on players Regrowth

Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance: as Balance At the start at each encounter , i pop all my Cooldowns (Incarnation , Celestial Alignment , Starfall , Trinkets Then i apply moonfire which automatically applies sunfire And Keep thoes 2 dots constantly in order to proc starsurge , Next i start Casting with Starfire till i reach Solar eclipse to start with wrath and also use the 3 Mushrooms, Secondary cooldown like barskin is used to Lower my Damage for the healers Also Innervate for them Also you got Heart of the wild Which boosts a littile your SP
