Riptide Icon Riptide provides you with the Tidal Waves Icon Tidal Waves buff and does significant healing over time.
Riptide Icon Riptide keeps stacking and refreshing Ancestral Vigor Icon Ancestral Vigor on affected players, increasing their maximum health by up to 10%.
Never override an existing Riptide Icon Riptide.
Make extensive use of Healing Wave Icon Healing Wave to heal without spending much mana.
Use Healing Stream Totem Icon Healing Stream Totem on cooldown (i.e., every 30 seconds), especially if you have taken Rushing Streams Icon Rushing Streams. For 15 seconds, it will heal the most injured nearby players within 40 yards every 2 seconds. Thanks to Glyph of Totemic Recall Icon Glyph of Totemic Recall, you can recall it after the last tick and still get refunded 100% of the mana cast.

Moderate to high tank or single-target damage

Keep Riptide Icon Riptide up on the tanks and several other players.
Use both Healing Wave Icon Healing Wave and Greater Healing Wave Icon Greater Healing Wave; the higher the damage, the more you will use Greater Healing Wave.

Keep Riptide Icon Riptide up on the tanks and several other players.
Use Healing Stream Totem Icon Healing Stream Totem on cooldown (i.e., every 30 seconds), especially if you have taken Rushing Streams Icon Rushing Streams. For 15 seconds, it will heal the most injured nearby players within 40 yards every 2 seconds.
Start using Chain Heal Icon Chain Heal.
Chain Heal should preferentially be used on targets with an active Riptide Icon Riptide, as this causes Chain Heal to be 25% more efficient. That said, between a Riptide Icon Riptide player with 98% health and a non-Riptide player with 70% health, it is more efficient to cast Chain Heal on the latter.
If there is no player with an active Riptide Icon Riptide, then you can cast Chain Heal anyway or do surgical heals with Greater Healing Wave Icon Greater Healing Wave or Healing Wave Icon Healing Wave.
Use Healing Stream Totem Icon Healing Stream Totem on cooldown.

Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance : i start with a pre-pot - fire elemental totem >berserking> elemental blast plus unleash elements ( in same gcd) > lava burst + flame shock> filler spell either lightning bolt or chain lightning > use earth shock on 6-7 stacks fulmination > filler spell again > elemntal blast on cd with unleash elements > reapply flame shock when less then 3 ticks left> use any lava burst proc in between filler spells or on cooldown....

Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use? first i read the dungeon journal about the attacks for every role in the fight... after that i go to youtube and watch fatboss guide's and tuskeh on youtube for elemental guides

Why are you choosing us over them? i was in a alliance guild and basically i was the carry .... i didnt like it because i did same heals as the healers and still sustained high dps.... from this point on i want to enjoy raiding for the killing of bosses with people equally skilled or even better then me.

Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance : in my opinion healers has no rotation, we have to use the spell what the raid actually needs, in aoe fights aoe chakra and using aoe heals , prayer of healing..in fighs where single target healing is needed than singe target chakra and using renew a lot, keeping down lightwell if raid is on low HP using halo/divine hymn if its really needed

Why are you choosing us over them? my last guild was Final Ascension its a hungarian guild was made of Hungarian avengers (horde) and Revolution (allinace) when mop came, im playing on this server since 4.0.6, i love this guild, its a very friendly guild we were talking on ts through the whole day etc etc...but we lost many members some of them stopped to play wow, many of them playing legion and we cant raid now, i love pve,raiding and we just cant make a singe guild run because we have not enough peeps
