Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance : my tanking style is not fixed on doing the same things all the time as encounters change and i have to adapt to them therefor i do not do the exact same for every boss .
for single target boss = i will be saving my rage for shield block (wowhead link) * spam devastate (wowhead link) to get 12% armor reduction & to reset my shield slam (wowhead link) wich by itself i'll be using it whenever it's off cooldown also i do use shield barrier (wowhead link) from time to time and i'd use dragon roar (wowhead link) for more dps.
for multiple target tanking = i'd focus on getting agro first by spamming revenge (wowhead link) as it'd be resetting quite often since i have good ammounts of dodge & parry andMastery crital block (wowhead link) passive from prot spec / thunder clap (wowhead link) to apply it's weakened blow .
also protection warrior can pull good ammount of dps wich helps alot in bosses like gara'jal & protectors .
i do use Demoralizing shout (wowhead link) for lower damage and sience i have Glyph of Incite applyed i'll be doing good damage
Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use? i usually chek out fatboss videos on youtube & if i need further informations i'd ask in the G chat or chek out some websites.
Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them? Reckless . the guild is not that big .. and most raids are normals and if there's a heroic raid they always choose the same people saying that they are trust worthy etc and they even bring their alts in stead of picking mains .

Starting: prepot->stealth->macro for SS, Premed and Ambush->Rupture->Ambush->SnD
Rinse and repeat:
BS as filler+Evisc->wait for FW to finish->macro for SD+SB+Ambush->Ambush for CP->Evisc as finisher->wait for FW to finish->Vanish->Premed+2xAmbush->Evisc as finisher->Preparation->Vanish->Premed+2xAmbush->Evisc.
Usually after this time, SD is ready, so I pop it again and do Ambush as filler with Evisc as finisher.
Besides the burst phases, I keep a bleed(rupt or hemo) on the target, BS as CP generator and Evisc as finisher.
From my experience, Hemo is not worth kept on the target as the DoT does very very little dmg. If I have to be in front of the boss, I replace BS with Hemo.
Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use? I look on youtube at Fatboss and read the in game ability guide. Considering this is freakz and not retail, if something is different I listen to the RL.
Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them? Berserkers - we used to raid a lot, but now summer is way over and people are absent due to school/work/other stuff.
Current Raiding Experience? : MV HC, ToeS HC except Sha. I tried HoF HC with the guild but we didn't manage much. Didn't play MoP on retail, only until Cata.
A few words about you :
I'm 25. I play WoW since 15 yo. 1/3 nights I have to be absent due to work. Due to being alone in a different city than home town, I spend a lot of time in WoW.
In this time, if no raids are up, I usually play with SimCraft and gear. I know Simcraft is not accurate on this server, but I'm trying to maximize my gear and my stats, not looking for a benchmark.
When I first started rogue on MoP I used to spend a lot of time on Elitist Jerks and learn from there the tricks of the trade *get it? ^^* If I start a new class I'm on EJ.
I am very competitive and this makes me put out 200% of focus and energy into raiding. I don't enjoy wasting time with no progress. I am committed to doing 200 tries on a boss, but I hate wiping 100 times at start because someone forgot to do something.
Even though I am competitive, you can always trust me on Smoke Bomb, TotT or any other raid utility ability. Winning a fight >>>> number 1 on dps.
I was a RL in cata and am now in MoP. I like to encourage people when they do good and I yell when they are slacking. I know how to take orders, but I also know how to lead if needed.
That's kinda it.

edit: I forgot, I like to talk to people about classes, gameplay and strategies, especially MY class.
another reason for choosing you guys over other Ro guilds is that at work I talk a lot in English and I perfected my English playing WoW. Lately it's been only Romanian. I miss it and it's time to speak it again.

Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance : my healing is quite the same in almost all the encounters and so far never had any problems.
during AOE phases i'd be using healing tide totem & re-positioning healing rain to heal as much people as i can . and of course spam chain heal .
if the encounter is something like heroic tsulong then i'd be using healing surge quite often as chain heal is not fast enough and it wont out heal the dammage done to tanks. if the encounter is something like lei shi get away i'll be popping my cooldowns (ascendance & ancestral guidance + spiritwalker's grace) to outheal the dammage.

single target healing i usually spam healing wave it's a cheap and medium heal . but in some phases like gara'jal frenzy i'd be using healing surge if the tank is taking heavy dammage.
(earthshield 24/7 applied on tank + healing rain)

Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use? i mainly go to fatboss guides on youtube i understand him perfectly & he gives almost all the info needed .

Tell us about your last guild. Why are you choosing us over them? Reckless . i like to play the game & experience it but this guild is not the one for me atleast that's my opinion . they pick the same people in each raid > if main is saved they invite his main > not many raids done per week.
last 4 weeks i've not joined any heroic raid. with the excuse (i prefer picking main raiders because they are trustworthy).
